I haven't seen Dr Floyd yet. I go see him on Tuesday. I would just like to address a comment about the office staff were rude. That was not at all the case with me. These ladies deal with a lot i know drs offices are tough jobs, you deal with alot of difficult people everyday. I've just had a nightmare with another Dr so I finally decided to find a new family Dr, which is not easy. The receptionist and Mary were amazing. They really took the time to listen and got me in asap.I've heard wonderful things about Dr Floyd and I have a good feeling.

Dr. Floyd and his staff are top notch professionals.When ever I've had a illness or health problem Dr. Floyd has taken excellent care of me and brought me back to health in no time.His staff is curtious and very efficient.The Doctor has always taken his time to address my medical issues and never rushes he honestly cares about his patients .I've been with Dr.Floyd for years and would recomend him to anyone who seeks a dedicated proffesional Physician.... Dr. Floyd treated my pain appropriately with medication management, and I am on a substantial amount of medicines due to 15 years of chronic pain management resulting in high tolerance issues. However, his office manager, Mary King, who is also his business parter, committed a HIPPA violation by illegally releasing my records and then dismissed me after my attorney called her although I cooperated fully with the pain management contract and never failed a drug test in 3 years. She then refused to fax my records or give me a referral which has caused me to completely run out of meds, experience severe pain, and go through withdrawal. Dr. Floyd is a good doctor, but his office manager/business partner is a former parole officer who is petty and controlling. I would not recommend him because he lets her run the entire practice. It's too bad he acts like a coward because he could otherwise be an asset to the practice of pain management.
