This doctors quality of care is horrible and he seems to be mentally ill.

Very arrogant and not very bright

Very egotistical and arrogant. Seems more interested in pulling rank then helping people. Quality of care was mediocre but then again what would you expect from someone who advertises at bus stops. Hates patients but loves power. Has no respect for others and clearly wants to be top dog at all times. Doesn't even care about how many others witness his rude and abusive behavior, which will probably eventually prove detrimental to his career.
