I was quite pleased with my visit. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Dr. Caetano was thorough, knowledgeable and with a comfortable doctor-patient ambiance. All in all, I felt this visit to be very helpful for the reasons why I visited an ENT physician.

Daughter dealing with ENT issues. Told to do saline spray, which we already do. Told it was allergies after I told her she had allergy test and ok. Awful experience. Office staff rude as well.

I needed sinus surgery and she sent me to a great surgeon. I have had a few appointments over the years. I thought she was kind and compassionate.

Just completed my 3rd nasal polyp removal surgery and as usual the staff were very helpful and Dr. Caetano did an excellent job in removing those polyps. I hope that they are gone for good. Highest praise to Dr Helen Caetano and her staff.

I was referred to her by my family doctor due to plugged ears, and dizziness. I saw the audiologist for testing. Then saw the doctor for tests and questions. All staff were very friendly and efficient. I got a diagnosis and treatment plan, before I left. I was very impressed. They also have excellent COVID safety measures in place.

My husbands doctor gave him a referral to Doctor Caetano. A voice message was left with the date and time.
I returned the call to ask a question, was rudely interrupted by Adele. I waited until she was finished speaking and informed her she was rude, Adele didn't wait to hear my question. I feel if rudeness is your nature than you have choosen the wrong profession, my suggestion find a job that you enjoy. Unable to rate the doctor, the visit is for a later date. First impression is a lasting one.

Very rude secretary, while I was nice with her. Her secretary is so obnoxious and unfriendly, so much so that despite Dr. Caetano's excellent care, we won't be returning. If that secretary worked for us, she would be out the door. What good is a great doctor, when you are treated like an animal every time you call and come in? I've put up with this for long enough.
