Dr Lee was amazing, as a young woman I’ve never had a doctor speak to me with such respect and understanding. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions while never speaking down to me, or dismissing my concerns (as I’ve had happen several times in the past). He was patient in explaining my condition, and very informative. It’s refreshing to see a doctor who actually cares about their patients these days.

Dr. Lee is Great but The Front Desk Staff are Quite Rude and Disrespectful!!!

A long time to get a CT SCAN, but all is good. I had the initial appt in August of 22, with the CT SCAN mid December. Dr. Lee was very thorough and explained what had to be done to correct the issue. Now it's waiting time for the minor surgery to come.

Wonderful Dr. Had a wonderful experience but staff on the front desk are rude, ignorant and nasty. Made me want to run away. I’d recommend Dr. Lee in a heartbeat but the experience with the admin staff was horrific and disheartening. They should never work in healthcare where compassion and empathy is required.

After many, many, many......... many, years of issues with my nose, breathing and sleeping. I finally ran into Dr. Lee. Every other doctor I'd seen over the years said there was nothing wrong or just didn't believe me.... Dr. Lee recognized what I was telling him about my issues immediately, and it did not take him long to diagnose the problem. After a quick day surgery and a less than comfortable recovery, I now sleep, and breathe through the entire night. I can breathe now with my mouth closed. Thank you Dr. Lee. 10 Stars.

I’ve been visiting Boyd every 6 months for almost 3 years now. He is very personable to the point that I refer to him by his first name. A true expert in his field, he has helped me greatly with dealing with my vocal cord paralysis. I don’t know where my voice would be with out him. He’s the best!

Very kind doctor , helped find the cause of my ear issues and always made the best decision re surgery.
His office staff though was highly unprofessional. Argumentative amongst themselves in front of patients one at least 3 visits I had there. staff was additionally very snappy and arrogant to me and other patients.
