I was from out of town visiting springfield missouri I was in extreme pain from my loca in left leg due to injury 5 years prior I chose to go to cox health care south don't wait in the emergency room was quite a while due to several serious cases brought in by ambulance once I got into to a room it was less than 10 minutes before doctor kensel came in I wasn't expecting a lot I've had ceral bad experiences with emergency room doctors but he was absolutely wonderful spent he spent more than adequate time with me talking to me about the problems I had and listen very well to what I had to say he was very concerned about the amount of pain I was in as well. dr. kensel did more for me than I expected him to all in all he took care of me very very well I would recommend him to anyone. if he had a private practice I would seriously consider driving into springfield from out of town to have him as a primary care physician
