Dr. Leung is straightforward, knowledgeable, and exceptionally caring. I’m grateful to be in his care after finding out that I have a very large mass on my ovary. He’s been nothing but wonderful, attentive and kind. He is direct and honest and I appreciate that about him. His staff are wonderful and also very caring. Highly recommend this whole office.

I was referred to Dr. Leung due to a cyst. I saw him in October 2021 and he explained that it was common and that he could surgically remove it easily. He reassured me it was pretty common which made me feel better. I had the surgery done March 1, 2022 and in my case, he let me ask questions without feeling silly, and he treated me kindly! So far no complications.

We saw Dr Leung in OB Triage 3 times. I had every symptom of preeclampsia and HELLP Syndrome (which we found out later through my records). He dismissed me and did not notify us about my extreme high b/p and protein in my urine. He said I had heartburn.
He truly made me feel like I was crazy. I was in the worst pain of my life (upper right quad pain) from my liver failing.
My last visit in the Ob Triage with him was a week before my husband came home to me having seizures. We lost our son at 28 weeks.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He has multiple complaints with the CPSO as well, including ours which he was found at fault on many things.

Delivered my children over 20 years ago. One by C-section and one VBAC. Great in every way. He is now my Gynecologist and is still great. His bedside manner, knowledge and decision making all superb. Made some hard situations much easier. Staff is friendly and efficient as well. Appointments are easy to book. In person appointments all through Covid were fine. No complaints at all.

Poor bedside manner. I felt completely ignored and left with more questions than I had answers. I felt completely uncomfortable. I was cut off several times while trying to speak and honestly felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously

I had a hysterectomy done and other things done. Him and his staff was incredible. When I went in for my appointments before the surgery he explained everything step by step. Even the tests he did in the office. When the tests came back he left the decision up to Mr after explaining everything to me, the pros and cons on every decision. And he was very patient and understanding with the pain I was going through. Even the day of the surgery he was amazing. I only wish I knew about him when I had my kids he would of definitely been my first choice. I highly recommend him. I've been through quite a few bad Drs and obgyn and he is one of 2 of the best of any Drs I've dealt with.

Dr. Leung is the best OB in Windsor. He took amazing care of me all 9 months and I only agreed to be induced on a day he was on call and thank God I did. After a long day ending in a C-section I would do it all again. He is SO smart and soft spoken and has been in the game for 20+ years. I can't wait to see him again for baby #2. Ladies I'm telling you if you're about to have a baby GO.TO.LEUNG!

Dr Leung delivered my daughter in February and he was amazing! I had a tear, episotomy and an internal tear and I'm good as new. Honestly very soft spoken, but great to talk to after he delivered my daughter and was stitching me up. Honestly what he did helped my daughter we could have lost her. One of the best on call OB's.

saw dr leung when i was pregnant with my second, i had severe pain and was worried it could be a kidney stone, saw dr leung at ob triage and he totally dismissed me, made me feel like i was faking it. my husband was with me and he was soooooo upset. dr leung told me it was just a pulled muscle and to take tylenol. did no tests to make sure baby was okay or anything.... turns out i had kidney stones and ended up passing them a couple weeks later. i always said if he was on call i would refuse him to deliver my baby. very poor bedside manners and didnt even care what i had to say.
