My wife was stuck having to use this doctor's (I hate to have to call him that - he doesn't desreve it) emergency room. He didn't listen to her (or me) at all. What an arrogant little *!#ck. We saw our own doctor 2 days later, who treated my wife like an adult and a human being - and also got the diagnosis right.

Phony politeness. Seemed annoyed at having to listen to anyone except hemself. He has the worst interpersonal skills I've ever had to put up with in a doctor.
