I left Dr Caspers because she was charging me for things that no one I knew of was paying their family physician for — like once I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and was charged a missed appointment fee. Which is absolutely hilarious because in the years I went to her I was never taken in immediately... waited in the main waiting room for 15-20 minutes and then was taken a bit an exam room where I had to wait again.... and even though the admin staff always screened me to know what I was coming in for, she never knew — either a lack of communication on the admin staffs part or a lack of caring from Dr Caspers herself. I choose to believe it was the latter as her entire staff was always warm, compassionate and absolutely delightful.

Dr Caspers has changed my life. She takes time and care about every question I have., and spends extra time with me whenever I need it. She listens carefully, and is meticulous and thorough. There seems to be a lot of mix ups with referral appointments, but they always figure out a good solution.

Dr Caspers has been a wonderful part of my life and family for over 30 years. She is very knowledgeable, listens to me and ALWAYS considers appropriate referrals. To those who think she is too busy with her hospital job; get over it. She juggles an efficient practice with her trips to the hospital. You probably don't like the fact that you can't just see her and must instead be examined by theNurse Practitioner (stop worrying, she/he is qualified!) My husband badly broke his leg and Dr. C was in to visit him at 5 am the following morning to explain the surgery he was going to have to repair it. Both births of our kids? There first thing again. The office staff are professional and kind and I am so thankful for all of them! Lucky Guelph to have Dr. Caspers

You will never find a better doctor, period. She has been my doctor since I was a little girl (over 25 years now) and I have never ever had a problem with her. She is caring, warm, thorough and helpful. She listens and takes the time she needs to hear your concerns and come up with solutions. I moved away and am still sad every day that I need to find a different doctor who will never live up to Dr. Caspers. Her office staff are also lovely and in recent years there has been little to no wait when you arrive for an appointment.

Extremely good. When you need her, she finds the time to give you attention, referral you need and fast tracks on testing. Compassionate, understanding - a real person

Dr. Casper fails to listen to her patients and what they are telling her. It's next to impossible to get a referral from her and when you do she will second guess and disregard their findings. Because of this, my daughter is 1.5 years delayed in life skills, even when two other professionals had reported a clear and simple resolution. Megan is a great nurse though and very knowledgeable. I can't imagine her job is easy.

Jennifer Caspers has been my doctor for 31 years. She is a fantastic doctor: thorough; not quick to prescribe (which is a good thing); expects me to be a partner in my health care which is not only reasonable, it should be mandatory (I understand from others that this isn't always the case). I hope that she never retires! (definitely not reasonable but would work well for me and my family). Megan and Mo each get 2 thumbs up from me.

Time to retire, she has zero patience and does not help you with your problem.
Very sad that she doesn't care about her patients needs, time for a new doctor.
