Nice place to go to, glad we chose him.
Staff make it easy when you go there. Very pleasant and helpful. Always explain if any questions. Just a couple of pinches when clipping wires. Not usually.

We enjoyed our visit recently to Kamatovic Orthodontics. We found the treatment coordinator Ann so knowledgeable and down to earth and the treatment was affordable with a financial plan made to suit our needs. We can't wait to get started on our invisalign treatment.

Grateful to have Dr. Kamatovic in the Niagara Region! He always demonstrates professionalism and expertise . He takes the times to explain everything making patient and parent very comfortable. Dr. Kamatovic did great work while I had braces on, however, once they came off and my teeth starting shifting again the service was completely abysmal. After multiple times visiting the office to correct the same issue they were unable to fix the problem. Additionally, the Dr. made the comment that I wasn't being charged for this service, however this was clearly not the issue. I would have been more than happy to pay for the work if there was a tangible solution presented to me. After many frustrating visits I eventually switched orthodontists - who found the problem immediately at the initial consultation. Great Dr. for immediate work and am very happy with how my teeth came out, however once braces are off, follow up maintenance was absolutely unacceptable. I found the staff to be quite unprofessional when dealing with complaints and as well as poor communication from management.
