Went to her for a second opinion, she really has the knowledge to do what she does! It was very nice speaking to her and she was very understanding as well and tended to my concerns and explained whatever I needed to know for further treatment. Would recommend!

Very friendly and Patient. Dr Doucet made my son and I very comfortable and trustworthy. She seems very dedicated and knowledgeable with her treatments. Her staff was prompt and friendly as soon as we arrived. Very clean and simple set up. I would recommend her to anyone with children who requires braces.

Dr. Doucet is amazing! My son has mild autism and has had a severe fear of dentists his whole life. Dr. Doucet has been so caring and patient with him at every appointment. At the first appointment my son wouldn't even open his mouth for her. But Dr. Doucet took her time and after a couple of appointments he finally let her look in his mouth and a couple appointments after that they were able to get braces on him. In the beginning we had to deal with major anxiety before every appointment but by about the 3rd or 4th adjustment my son was totally comfortable and going to the orthodontist became so easy. He just got his braces off and his smile looks so beautiful. He never used to be able to close his lips together because his front teeth stuck out so much but now its all fixed. I'm so grateful for the care Dr. Doucet and all her staff gave to my son. The experience was way more pleasant than I ever could have imagined and we couldn't have hoped for a better result. Would definitely recommend Dr. Doucet to anyone seeking orthodintics especially for anyone who has children with special needs!

Not real pleased after Invisalign treatment. Yes, my teeth are straighter now, but it really was about how things were handled. Poor communication and many mistakes.
I was mislead about the whole experience- never told about requiring a metal rod in my mouth for the rest of my life, or having to wear a mouth brace every night for the rest of my life. Or the difficulty flossing my teeth now.
I would have liked that info before I signed up!
At one point I switched offices from Mississauga to Niagara Falls (same company). They mishandled the paperwork and lost a consent form to transfer which I had signed. They refused to even allow me to make my next appointment (delaying the whole process) until I got a new form to them. I nearly missed my flight.
A number of times they calculated the wrong date for my next treatment. I had to revise my work schedule around their error at my cost and time. They were never acomodating to fix their error.
I wouldn't go to them if I could do it over. Very upset, as it cost a lot of money.

I took my son to Dr Doucet just after she opened. She told me to come back after his 2nd teeth had all come through. She didn't suggest extracting and she didn't bug me with phone calls. His 2nd teeth actually took a long time to come through and it was a good couple of years later that I took him back there again. He ended up with almost 2 years of treatments. All the staff were always friendly yet professional. We never had to wait for too long. It was a stress free experience going to her office. I suspect he was probably one of the worst culprits for breaking wires but they were always accommodating about it. Some years on his teeth look great.

Do not buy Acceledent from village ortho. They rip you off and charge $1600... buy it on kijiji or amazon for a few hundred dollars.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service, time and attention I have been given since first going to Village Orthodontics. Rebecca Doucet is not only knowledgeable but she genuinely cares about her patients. My braces are due to come off in 2 weeks time and the transformation is just amazing! I am actually sad that my treatment has come to an end as the staff members are so friendly and I look forward to seeing them each month. I would absolutely recommend Village Orthodontics and Dr. Doucet to anyone!! - Tracey R
