I was so fortunate to have had Dr. Simone as my surgeon, his approach through out the diagnosis and operation, was very knowledgeable and professional as to what had to be done.
The follow up calls at home really impressed me and showed that Dr. Simone genuinely cared about my well being. Thank you Dr. Simone and thank you Leila for all your help.

I am so thankful and grateful to have had Dr. Simone as my surgeon. From my initial meeting with him, through the surgery in September and my stay at the hospital, to the follow up meeting, he was there to answer any and all questions we had. His assistant Leila is also an amazing and kind woman with a great sense of humour. No one wants to go through what we go through when we have to see Dr. Simone. It's hard on all of us, but knowing we're in such good care makes a world of difference. I thank God for them and ask Him to continue to bless the work they do.

Dr. Simone was my surgeon from the beginning. I was so fortunate to have him in my corner throughout my whole ordeal. No to hard on the eyes either.

I recently had to undergo a lobectomy to treat a non-cancerous tumour at Michael Garron Hospital. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Simone as my surgeon. He eased my anxiety from the moment I met him and was very thoughtful in his approach from diagnosis through to treatment. He made himself readily available to answer any questions I had and was very positive about the prognosis. I am very thankful for Dr. Simone’s care during a very stressful and anxious time in my life. Thank you Dr. Simone!

What a terrible doctor. Arrogant and uncaring. My dad was sent to him in the course of routine screening for elective hip surgery. His chest xray was abnormal so dad was sent to him for his opinion. Had further tests done. Thought everything was fine because we didn't hear from him and our next appointment wasn't for at least another month (well past his scheduled surgery date). Well, it was the other surgeon who ended up telling us that surgery was being cancelled by Dr. Simone and that the test results made them suspect that dad had lung cancer. And, it was the other surgeon who arrange an earlier appointment with Dr. Simone. His secretary wouldn't make an earlier appointment for us. It is just so upsetting that he couldn't make the effort to tell us himself. Or in a timely fashion. In the end, dad had a biopsy and was cancer was confirmed. He passed last month. Dr. Simone and his secretary need to learn some compasssion and work on their communication skills. I for one, would never go back to him.

Dr. Simone is an Amazing Dr. He is very kind, and compassionate and very professional. From the first day I met him in 2018 I knew I was in good hands! He is truly one of a kind and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Simone was absolutely amazing. Where do I start? Right from the start of a very scary cancerous journey he was patient, un-rushed, caring, genuine, engaged and of course very knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon, prior and post op. I really don't think that I could have asked for one iota more. He was fantastic and caring. I can't rave enough. I was truly blessed to be under his care. From the moment I met him and even now - I felt so calm with his care. Outstanding - and nothing less!!!
