If I could leave no stars for this doctor- I would! He is a total quack, how does he practice?! When I saw him for a throat problem ( which we never got to because I walked out after he threw his pen in the air, rolled his eyes and all but called me a liar! I tried to tell him ( told his kind assistant to let him know this before he even came in ) that I would not be able to have a nasal scope done ( it had to be a endoscopy with sedation) due to damage from a previous test at the hospital - he proceeded to ask me - while frowning and yelling, " WHAT TEST?! " I was so upset and nervous ( and I have MS ! ) that I couldn't recall what the test was called so he threw his pen in the air, said I didn't have any tests like that, and yelled there was nothing he could do for me!
I was physically shaking ( I am a 85 lb woman who has been abused by men my entire adult life) and got up and walked out :( Do not go to this man!

Very unpleasant man. At 70 years old, I thought I'd seen bad "bedside" manners but I could only think about this was probably a milestone in my life.

WORST experience of my life at a doctor!! He could have cared less! He was rude, rough, abrupt, and spent less than three minutes telling me that there was nothing wrong with me! I have a serious lump under my chin that is itchy and growing and it's painful! My primary doc told me to see an ENT, and he was awful!! He made me feel so insignificant and like I was a burden and didn't know my own body! What a shameful person. I am shocked that he is still allowed to practice medicine!! Why does't his clinic do something about him!! Gives a bad name to the clinic!! Sadly, I will never be back!

WORST experience with a doctor I have EVER had! I went to see him for Vertigo. He was rude and could have CARED LESS what was going on. He was rough when he checked my ears, dismissive about my problem and basically said "Try this patch and come back in two weeks." I had already explained that I had done that already but he didn't care. I asked what was next when I came back. He said "Whatever is next." Awful experience. I never went back.

Went to see Dr Friess because I have a feeling of a lump in my throat which makes me feel as though I have to swallow constantly. He briefly glanced at my records & then proceeded to argue with everything I told him as if it was just my imagination. Because I persisted he scoped me. Haven't had it done before but it seemed he was not as gentle as he could be. He didn't find anything and told me that "when us doctors are wrong we sure hear about it". My confidence in his expertise went way down. Also I had to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed later. The billing dept. didn't send my claim in. Over 6 months later and called insurance company and they still have not received the claim. Would have been nice to have that money for the holidays. :( I still have the problem and now am hesitant to go see another specialist. On a positive note, the office is clean & very nice. The nurse that talked to me before the dr. was personable & empathetic. Wish she was the doctor.

I went to see Dr. Friess for a sinus problem. He treated me very rude and was of no help. He told me that he would have to dig up my old records and see. Three weeks later he called and it was not helpful. I had to pay for this visit, becaue my insurance company did not pick up the claim. Dont go and see him.

I went to this doctor when I was having ear problems and he was the worst doctor I have ever been to. He said "I don't know whats going on" I asked him "where should I go next?" His response was "how should I know?" and walked out. He is lacking in bedside manner and knowledge.

Saw this Dr. for inner ear problems. He was incredibly dismissive and abrupt, as other reviewer said. And, he really didn't help my problem. He looks as if he may be nearing retirement age; and acts as though he doesn't care about his patients. I am in need of another ENT Doctor, and will look for someone else...someone who shows more interest in his/her patient's needs and concerns.

I saw Dr. Freiss when my daughter needed to get her tonsils out. He demeanor made me uncomfortable. He was very abrupt and couldn't seem to remember anything we told him from one moment to the next. We had to remind him repeatedly that my daughter had been treated repeatedly for tonsilitis over the past 9 months. We decided to find another surgeon. He did, however, see my daughter when she had a complication and he was on call. He was very rude to her and basically told her that it was going to hurt and she just had to deal with it and stormed out of the room. Very unprofessional behavior.
