Dr Hoegler has always been professional and kind while caring for my daughter. She has been her pediatrician for 7.5 years, since birth. She has "gone to bat" for my daughter every single time. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this knowledgeable physician. Dr Hoegler and her staff have gone out of their way to provide great care. She truly has done an amazing service practicing in our community for so many years. She has saved the lives of many many children and for that I will be forever thankful to her.

Prize for arrogance. Lack of compassion. Said she was too busy to write anything down for a deaf mother to gain informed consent of procedures for her child. Records had errors and assumptions. She needs to take the time to have an honest conversation with patients and listen instead of being so haughty. We have a new paediatrician who is a breath of fresh air compared to Kathy. She needs to take a course on birth and medical trauma and try to truly understand and respect the families she sees who have different opinions from her. I wish I could erase my memory of our experience with her.

Dr Hoegler has been treating my son for nearly 10 years. She is knowledgeable and always answers our questions. I appreciate that she speaks to him in an age-appropriate manner.

Extremely rude. Did not want to even try to help my 2 month old. She walked in and crossed her arms and said " there's nothing I can do for this baby".... and I've never even had a conversation with her. Her advice was to put my 2 month old in a room and close the door and leave so I dont have to listen to him cry... sad excuse of a Dr.

Absolutely horrible experience for us. She is a rude burned out phlegmatic doctor. The resident was laughing at all our questions and the bed linen was not changed form the previous patent when we told the resident she laughed and accused me of being germophobic. Turns out we got bad results on a test and they told us if any results are bad they will give us a call. We waited for months and no call, but when we had the appointment they told us bad results. They lied to us and made us wait more than 1 hour of waiting time. Very disappointed.

Arrogant, rude , and less knowledge then she likes to think she has. I was totally disgusted with her, when after "treating" my son for 3 weeks and he was still in pain saying he just doesn't want to go to school..he was an "A" student, I told her I am taking him to Toronto to sick children's her indignant attitude was, "what more do you think they will do" well it turned out he could have died from twisted bowel had I waited another day, when I told her she was even more indignant and dismissive...I ended up reporting her to the College.

Extremely rude to my child and myself. She was arrogant and not open to any questions. I have never met any doctor (especially a pediatrician) who was so harsh. I am not sure how she can still be in business.

Great doctor!
Dr. Hoegler was present for the delivery of my girls and remembered us clearly (even specific details that wouldn't be in a chart) when we ended up in the hospital a month later. She is very straightforward and a 'mater of fact' but talks to you as a equal and with compassion. She is knowledgable and thorough. We've had a couple appointments at her office which were both on time. The receptionist is incredibly kind and the nurse is great. We have been happy with our experience with Dr. Hoegler so far and feel comfortable with her care for our girls.

Will definitely go back to see her if ever need be.
