Dr. Battle was delightful, knowledgeable, and assuring during my televisit with him for my preliminary consultation. He made me feel comfortable and informed me of the process for laser hair removal step-by-step. He even explained background about his research in the field and how this procedure can be a an excellent option for me.

I always look forward to my visits with Dr. T. She is very professional and affable which makes me feel at ease. She also ensures that I am keeping on with my regimen and double checks if I need any supplies. At the end of each treatment, she ensures that I am hydrated and asks if I would like to take ice packs and water while on the road (I take public transportation). I remember thst one day the train was delayed, which made be be late for my appointment; however, Dr. T, saw me as soon as she could, and I was extremely thankful for that. I also want to give kudos to her assistant ( I am ashame to state that I forgot her name). Nevertheless, she is very pleasant and friendly when checking me in and welcomes me with a great smile. On my way out, she always ensures to say good bye. I am extremely pleased with my overall experience at Cultura because of these ladies. Thanks so much! I will be back soon!

The appointment with the Dr was virtual he was very polite, very personable, and seem to understand my needs. The in person visit provided suggestions and pricing and all of the staff was polite, professional and efficient and all showed me a great deal of kindness and patience as I was walked through the process.

I bought laser package but never saw any results and nobody at this med spa cared at all . Some of the receptionists are very rude and charge you for complimentary services.
