Dr Thomas J Nero not only the highest level professional and the greatest cardio surgeon, but also wonderful, kind and very intelligent man.
I met Dr. Nero when I had very serious heart problems and besides he did super job operating on me, he was supporting me as much as he could.
What a great Doctor, what a great Person!!

On a 1 to 10 scale, I'd give him at least 100. I was referred to him by the Stamford Hospital, and couldn't be more pleased. When I first saw him, I was at death's door with severe congestive heart failure, which he has treated amazingly well. Unlike several other doctors I've been to recently, he actually listens. He's sincerely concerned with his patients' well-being. He's brilliant, personable, and extremely competent. The medical profession needs more people like him.

Dr. Nero and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend him as your cardiologist. He takes his time with patients and makes sure to explain things with drawings.
