Dr. Stein is hands down the best! She is knowledgeable and knows exactly what she's doing. I trust Dr. Stein 100% kudos to her and her wonderful staff!

There is consistently excellent customer service and care and they always go the extra mile to provide the answers for parents and children. Love the child friendly decor. Staff always helpful and so friendly. I have not given it 5 stars, as waiting to see the doctor can sometimes be a while; though that maybe the same for all pediatric doctors.

Dr. Stein is fantastic when it comes to dealing with problems we care most as parents - health and well being of our children. The depth of knowledge, experience, attention to details and overall comprehensive approach to diagnosing and treating all sorts of conditions I brought my kids to her for are simply unparalleled in the field. Plus all those coupons and sample meds can get you going when you needed it most while saving you big at the pharmacy window. Thank you Dr. Stein and your staff!

Our family highly recommends Dr. Stein. I have taken all three of my kids there starting with the birth of my first is 2006. She is knowledgeable, kind, and experienced. Her staff is friendly and flexible. It is easy to get a same day appointment. My kids like her, too. Excellent bedside manner with kids.

Dr. Stein has been my two girls pediatrician for the past three years since my first daughter's birth. Sima has always been very attentive to both of my daughters illness and has always addressed any concerns that have arose. I feel that Dr. Stein is knowledgable and helpful regarding any issues that we have needed medical care for. I would highly recommend Dr. Stein as a pediatrician and her office staff are always very helpful.

Doctor Stein is a wonderful doctor. I have 2 kids and they are both patients of doctor Stein. Each time we see her she listens to our concerns and gives advises that actually work. When the kids were sick she diagnosed them correctly and prescribed medications that worked like a miracle. Besides her being very knowledgeable and experienced I also like the easiness for appointment scheduling. If my kids are sick and I call in the morning there is guarantee that I will get appointment the same day. Her office is also opened every other Saturday.

She got recommended to us by some friends, what a horrible recommendation... Nothing got done, not responsible, forgets everything..., When we had emergency, her laziness and not responsiveness almost cosed our baby life, she sent us to urgent care at Los Gatos, where they only care about co payment, because their Card Machine broke, and we were sent to real Emergency, after loosing 5 hours. She does not care about kids pain... Thanks God everything went OK, but it is not point to Sima, but to a great stuff at the hospital. I am Russian and We never got any special treatment, she does not care about anybody, but $$Money. Even after we left her, we asked about immunization record, we never got it after 3 years, but we sure got bills for copay, even we was not there. My advise: Run away from here as fast as possible, before it not emergency.
