Dr Scher is so amazing, He cares about his patients and treats you with respect.

Dr. Scher has been my Famiy Physician for 14 years. He is an awesome, attentive and truly caring being and doctor. He does what he can for his patients, within the scope of CPSO's guidelines. He is the hardest working doctor in the Niagara Region and STILL does house calls...the only doctor I've heard of doing house calls. He is very knowledgeable and tells you straight up about any condition you come to him with. I was considering moving about a 3 hour drive north of Fort Erie, to the country. I told Dr. Scher that I wanted to keep him for my doctor and would travel whenever needed to attend appointments or whatever. That's how much I trust and like the good doc.
The new receptionists (this isn't including 1 receptionist they've had there for the last 14 years i've been going there, Diane) they have are not as professional as an office should be, especially a doctor's office. They have no compassion and if you call them, they are rude and not really a help. I miss the previous receptionists they had there. This is the only issue I have with the office, is those 2 new receptionists.

Dr Scher is a truly amazing family Dr. He is compassionate, professional and personable. I recently had bariatric surgery and he has been so helpful during the recovery process.

The receptionist staff on the other hand are far less than professional. They don’t send referrals in a timely manner (2 - 3 weeks isn’t timely). They are absolutely miserable on the phone and in person.

This Dr acts as though he just got in the business He is a breath of fresh air. Caring Friendly and best of all Ptofessional and knows his stuff.

Dr. Scher is one of the hardest working doctors I've ever seen. If not in his office seeing patients, he's either seeing patients at the FE hospital or making home visits to the incapacitated. He has a cheery bedside manner and will order bloodwork and other tests to try to help you improve your health.

When Dr Scher first came to Fort Erie he was the best doctor. Ever since he has come under investigation from the College his performance has been lackluster and his patients are paying the price. Refills are filled late, lack of understanding concorning mental health. If you have a cold he's fine. If you suffer from anxiety consulthe somebody else.

Dr.Kim Eric Scher is a wonderful doctor that is extremely knowledgeable about anything medical, unfortunately his staff are the most miserable and useless group of people I've ever come across.

Dr.Scher took care of my aging mother in Fort Erie for more than two decades. He is a knowledgeable, kind and devoted doctor. During the last 9 days of my mother's life in palliative care, he made it all so bearable and manageable. I will be forever grateful to him. If I moved back to Canada, he'd be my doctor of choice.

I’ve had Dr Scher since he came to Fort Erie Ontario he was awesome for about 7 years then he was Under investigation for overmedicating and after that he gave up on his very ill patients that needed him and Sent them to a Dr Ephart and this doctor is a nightmare this doctor doesn’t even have a clue
