He is one of the best Doctors,so kind, he even listens and he has helped me tremendously.
I cannot thank him enough. I had to see him on numerous occasions because I do not have a family physician,.What a pity he doesn’t have a family practice,I would be first in line. Gracias.

This was my first time at this walk in clinic, I was so impressed with the kindness of Dr Jay! Usually the doctors rush you but he took the time to listen & helped my situation when I was feeling really sick. Amazing Doctor! Thank you!

Saw Dr. Jayawardene today at the Urgent Care Clinic in St.Catharines and he was very professional and addressed my issue immediately. This was my first visit to this clinic and I must say I was really impressed. Thank you!

I seen Dr. Jay today at the walk in clinic and he was fantastic! Normally I dread going to the walk in but he actually took the time and listened to my concerns and asked questions about my health history and gave suggestions and was very thorough. I've never been so impressed by a walk in clinic doctor. Thank you Dr. Jay!

Dr. Jay was truly caring, took the time and trouble to do further investigations and tests on me and helped me get desperately needed answers. I was feeling better quickly, given helpful instructions to follow at home and given his thoughts of how to acquire further help and medical attention. I am most appreciative of his undivided attention and concern.
