First her husband and secretary are rude, mean, & make making appointments uncomfortable. Her husband and female secretary made me cry on several occasions even scare me. There are not enough words to explain how awful these people are. There's no parking. Office is I'm basement at her home. Stairs are
Awful to get to basement . Sends you out for everything can't test you for even a uti there. Her nasty husband and that other creature then tell you it's YOUR responsibility to call them for results. Doctor loves to tell other patients personal stories every visit even broke hippa. Never even gives courtesy calls even when appoitnments are made months in advance but bills you no show bills next day. I am disgusted and left crying due to the rudeness suffered . They prey on passive people and I've suffered a lot due to being afraid to make appointments. Beware of this place

This woman NEVER came to the hospital throughout my Grandmother's 3 week stay. The hospital tried to obtain simple medical information from Dr. Lang's office and it took forever to get the info. She dumped my perfectly healthy grandmother as a patient after my grandmother was admitted into assisted living. Poor, uncaring doctor in my opinion! Would not mail a prescription to the house - we had to provide the stamp and envelope. How pathetic!

Dr. Lang is a wonderful doctor. She has always addressed my problems with concern and helpfulness. Her staff on the other hand can be very rude. her husband is her secretary and can be extremely condescending and rude. Her other secretary can be the same way. They are a very unprofessional office staff. The office may be a little old fashioned, but my care has so far been excellent. There hours could be a little more flexible for working prople. She has no late days. If I could change anything it would be her office staff and maybe swome evening hours.

The rudest most unprofessinal, inept secretary/receptionist I've ever come across. Dr Lang should do her patients a favor by putting a little overhead into her practice - like maybe a real office and dumping the rude, unprofessional inept husband, I mean secretary.

Dr Lang brings medicine back to a working relationship between doctor and patient, instead of reducing you to a number on an insurance form. I just had my first appointment with her and will remain a patient as long as she has her doors open, as will my husband. Patient, friendly staff, appointments on time with no waiting. They made us feel our time was as important as the doctors time which is a virtually non existent quality in modern medical offices.

The staff in the office is extremely rude. They are back in the dark ages with their office practices - no computers or fax machines - everything hand written by the rude office man who is possibly her husband. They will not pick up a phone to answer a question to your pharmacy. The doctor herself is very nice, intelligent and helpful. Unfortunately, she's badly represented by her poor office staff, dark & Gloomy office and no parking situation. Do yourself a favor and find a modern doctor.

My experiece has been nothing but positive. She returns calls in very short order. When you need her she gets you in. Her attention to the patient and their needs are excellent. I switched to her because of her reputation and her office is not a "cattle call" with 50 people ahead of you. The office is very well run and efficient. Her skills are excellent.

I don't find Dr. Lang to be a helpful doctor. She never once did any blood work on me, and she never spoke to me in a professional manner. Instead she spoke to me as if I was 10. Very unprofessional. Whenever I had a medical problem, she did not provide any useful information. One of my family memebers also saw Dr.Lang, and she ignored a very serious problem that this member had. Thankfully I now go to a doctor who is more competent. Also, her office is in a basement, and her family helps her operate the medical office. They are also very rude when people call them with questions/to schedule appointments.

I find Dr. Lang's care to be absolutely excellent. Her office is run by her family and a secretary, all of whom are very courteous and helpful; there is rarely a long wait as they are pretty much on time. The doctor's office is in the basement of her home and as such I always know they will be open, even if the weather is bad! Calling after hours yields the doctor's answering machine, and she gets back to you personally. I feel that Dr. Lang is not only a smart lady, but more importantly a good listener--the time she spends with me is spent listening to and addressing my concerns in a friendly way. I would send my family to her.
