I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR Melnik is great and so kind😘..My case is very difficult &underbite..I was had very bad experience brace by other Unknowledge dentis when Im 14 yrs old, wore 2 yrs, nothing change & he freaking removed my Canine tooth😵Its very wrong choice in my life..I dont mind to paid extra consultation fee at 2 difference office before I met Dr Melnik. Big official, expensive is doesnt mean great job.
And I did Right Choice this time .Dr Melnik referred me to have gum grafting and jaw surgery surgeons with lot lot of experience and knowledge. Sahela is very helpful I was very busy at work, change appointment some times, she always try find time to fit me in & flexible and never hurry about payment.Nari is his assistant who very professional 😙and friendly.
Everytime I have my teeth clean in Croydon dental in whiterock, they always said : " Who did your brace? OW! Great Great Job".Even my surgeons DR Fain said that too.
Trust me. I went though & meet up many dentists before I know Dr Melnik. Im very pickky client.
Im very confident about my smile, so much Thankful and respectful that Best Othodontic Dr in my life.

I RECOMMEND THIS ORTHODONTIST, Dr. Melnik is the greatest!!!! I started my treatment in 2008 and had my braces on for 3 ½ years. I was 33 years old at that time and I thought there’s no way that my ugly teeth could be fixed, but this is the best investment I ever made, I had a very severe overbite and crooked teeth issues and to me Dr. Melnik is a miracle doctor and I am grateful. The price was reasonable considering my teeth problems. I have a daughter with overbite problems as well and I will take her to Dr. Melnik for braces treatment too. He takes the time to explain the issues and treatment. I am so pleased with him and his staff are so nice and friendly. Thank you Dr. Melnik. C.R.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORTHODONTIST!! My jaw is now asymmetrical to the rest of my face thanks to Melnik's carelessness and big ego. If you exclude Dr. Melnik, the rest of his staff aren't that bad. But, of course, you are going to an orthodontist to fix your face not to chat with their staff all day. Therefore, good staff doesn't matter. I made a terrible choice to get braces from Dr. Melnik, and I hope no one else will make this same mistake.

Dr. Melnik is the best orthodontist. Both of kids have difficult cases to fix before braces. My youngest has severe overbite that has to be fixed with twin blocks (to extend his lower jaw). My husband and I were worried that it will cost us arms and legs even we both have coverage, but Dr. Melnik cost is reasonable and he also never hurry the patients for the money but to wait until the right age and development time. Payments can be done using installments and cheques. Saleha, Dr. Melnik's the office assistance is second to none. Yes, they are still lowtech office in terms of appointment, but not a single appointment is a missed. The Metrotown office original native eagle carving was appreciated by patrons and passers by. I saw a bunch of First Nation people passing by, examine the carving and said 'it is original'. Dr. Melnik is also patience and friendly with kids and always give positive reinforcement to the kids.

My daughter always enjoyed visiting Dr. Melnik’s large, impressive offices with a ‘westcoast’ look - the high ceilings using large log beams and the river rock accents. She often said his office spared no expense, was fit for a king, and it was all for himself. I think we paid a fair price, although I have a lingering worry that I was overcharged because of the higher overhead for the office and its high traffic location. But, Dr. M was extremely busy with many customers so he did not seem to be pressured to charge a premium or to persuade the kids to wear braces unnecessarily. I believe Dr. Melnik did a satisfactory job with my daughter’s braces/teeth. I would recommend Dr. Melnik and his especially ‘cool’ office.

Dr. Melnik did not take advantage of the “ugly duckling” phase of my son’s teeth development. He advised us not to panic during this “ugly duckling” phase {do a Google search for your information}. Dr. Melnik kindly told us to wait until after this period so not to waste money on braces that are not necessary. I greatly appreciate that he does not overtreat patients in the name of greed..

Both of our kids see Dr. Melnick and they really like him. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He will always take the time to explain the situation and answer our questions. I don't think you can find a better Orthodontist anywhere. We feel very blessed that he is taking such good care of our children's teeth.

lousy! brackets cost an arm and a leg.. if they keep falling off then maybe your not putting them on properly!! All the fallen bracket fees are annoying and added a big cost to the bill which was already rediculous. what a scam. knowledgable staff, for the most part but the service was not the greatest.
