I have had to use Dr. Ross' services on several occasions, with nothing but good results. Dr. Ross is very professional and certainly knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone. Dr. Ross has an efficient staff and along with him make the visit as pleasant as possible.

I was so nervous to have 2 of my wisdom teeth removed as I suffer from pretty bad anxiety around everything dental, but Dr. Ross was simply amazing and made me feel so at ease. Would not hesitate to recommend coming for anyone needing extractions.

Dr. Ian Ross took out my wisdom teeth, and Dr. Ross was nothing but kind and professional with extensive knowledge in his field. Quickly settled all my nerves, and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns - and God knows I had a lot of them. He didn't make me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything, from the procedure, to potential complications (of which there were none), to recovery. Everything happened without a hitch, and I'd go back without any hesitation.

Dr. Ross was the surgeon who removed my wisdom teeth, and he had the most excellent bedside manner. I really appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and put me at ease as I was really really nervous. I'd really recommend Dr. Ross for any medical procedure !!

I would highly recommend Dr Ross. He found my mouth cancer while taking out a tooth and I am so grateful. He was very compassionate explaining it all to me an my family and kept calling the oncology dept in Halifax constantly u til they got me in. He has followed up with me weekly. I feel very taken care of by this wonderful doc

Dr. Ross has done oral surgery for three of my four teenagers over the past 4 years, two for wisdom teeth extraction and one to place a surgical implant post for a new front tooth with the most recent extraction last month. Dr. Ross is precisely the type of doctor I love working with my children. He spoke with them openly and respectfully, providing them an opportunity to ask questions. He’s super knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience, yet he can explain the procedure and post procedure practice in simple terms that our kids can understand. Lastly, he’s kind, caring and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Ross!

I found him really gruff. He didn't want to answer my questions, and my concerns were dismissed with a better than me attitude. I had a procedure from him in hospital and it didn't feel right after but he wouldn't even look at it. I had some of it corrected in his office later but he was really rough and almost angry he had to do so even pulling the stitches too tight (my regular dentist had to remove them and give me antibiotics).

Dr. Ross is as professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and good at his job as any doctor I've ever dealt with. I have had 3 teeth removed over the years with him and I have never had an issue either with my treatments or recovery. He was always there when I had a question. His staff were professional and helpful. It was always a very busy office, so some delay is not unexpected, but how many health professionals can claim to always be on time? I was certainly worth any wait I ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Ross.

Dr. Ross and his staff are very welcoming and most importantly he is very knowlegable. I was surprised at the detail he went into explaining my operation. He is thorough and I really liked his bedside manner. I would go there for a second implant for sure. His staff was kind and brought me a warm blanket too. Highly recommend him and he is worth the wait.
