Dr. Ross saw my daughter and he was so kind and professional. He was able to explain the procedure in detail and allay our fears. I would recommend him highly.

I had Dr. Ross remove my wisdom teeth and it could not have gone smoother. He was very kind, professional, welcoming, and reassuring of any worries I had prior to the operation. I had a lovely chat with him beforehand which made the procedure less daunting. The operation was completed in a timely manner and I had minimal discomforts after the procedure. Well worth the wait and drive to Berwick to have this done by Dr. Ross.

I was disappointed with my reception at the office. It seemed "cold" rather than friendly. I required an x-ray and this was done as soon as I entered the office. In prepration for the x-ray, I was asked to remove jewellery, glasses, etc., and my 2 sets of dentures which I was told to leave next to the computer keyboard. I didn't feel that was a safe or sanitary place so I requested something to place them in properly but was told there was nothing. I asked for at least a tissue and was handed paper towel which I wrapped my dentures in and placed in my purse which, incidently, there was no area to drop my purse and I was directed to place it on top of several oxygen tanks. I realize all of this is very minor but it is just not expected in a professional office. As the x-ray terminated, the robot voice stated you may open your eyes now. I was a bit shocked at this because I was never told to close my eyes. When inquiring if I should have had my eyes closed I was told no it is fine. Still made me nervous about eye protection. I was placed in a room and told nothing further. After an hour had passed sitting under an air vent, I was so cold, I left the room to go outside to get some warmth from the sun. Of course, then I was locked out and had to knock on the window to get re-entry. When I explained I was cold, a gentleman offered to get me a blanket, which was so welcome. After another 20 minute wait, I finally saw Dr Ross. No apology for the tardiness. I had traveled over an hour to get to the appointment, making sure I was on time. I had no idea there would be such a wait in a dental office. I would not have minded so much if there had been a bit of information, such as the dentist is running late, tied up with a special case or something but no communication at all. When I finally got to see Dr Ross, I found him to be friendly and professional and I was satisfied with his consultation.,

This do

Dr. Ross is worth any wait. He has lots of cancer patients and sick people so if he is with another patient just be patient! His vast knowledge and skills are superior. I had my elderly mother in for implants and he was kind and took his time explaining everything to her not to me. He is careful and meticulous. The guy is her hero and mine too.

Dr. Ross did my full mouth clearance in May, everything from consult to surgery to follow ups were second to none service, handled with kindness and compassion from him and all staff. I am terrified of a dental office (understatement) and they handled my situation perfectly. Only regret is I did not go to him sooner.

I’m not going to lie I was very nervous and scared to have my wisdom teeth removed as you hear all these stories of how bad it is but honestly it’s not as bad as what people make it out to be. I had everything thoroughly explained to me before the procedure. Dr. Ross and everyone who assisted him were very kind, gentle, and professional and it was a very calm atmosphere. I’ve had very little swelling and bruising and minimal pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ross if your looking to have your wisdom teeth removed.

He took my wisdom teeth out and he was great. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me and my mom as we were nervous about my previous medical condition reacting with sedation. We were both confident by the time the surgery started that everything would be fine, and it was! He did great even with my teeth being stubborn. The front staff was amazing and the techs in the room made me feel safe and welcome in their hands. If you are feeling nervous or unsure about your next visit to a dental surgeon I would recommend Dr. Ross and his team. They are both kind and very capable :)

Everyone was really helpful. Dr Ross explained everything to me and helped me feel comfortable. After it was all said and done I even asked to do it again. Now two days later I'm well on my way to recovery. Thank you Dr Ross.
