I made a formal complaint to hospital administration regarding the care my father received at the hospital by Dr. Pine's group, and suddenly my negative comments here and on Facebook were all deleted. The hospital is failing to investigate serious accusations, and failing to be held accountable for their errors, and trying to silence any who complain about the horrifically bad care. I urge you to be careful about having Hudson Valley Hospital Physicans (Dr. Pine's group) treat your family members at Orange Regional.

I suspect that the positive remark posted here is fixed. There's no way anyone who has met this physician could possibly identify her as professional. Overall, very unprofessional, extremely uncaring, completely out of touch with patient needs. The same can be said for the other members of her hospitalist group. Personally, my family and I will avoid any contact with ORMC in the future, as a direct result of the horrible care that Hudson Valley Hospital Physicians provided us.

Very professional, she sits down and takes her time telling you about your condition. More doctors should be so caring.
