I don't see her anymore..2 hr wait is inexcusable....my time is important too

Dr. Kelley will not refer me to a Dermatologist. I finally changed Dr's
New Dr. has referred me as she thinks I might have skin cancer.

I have been seeing g Dr. Kelly for years now. I have decided to move on as she never follows up, is overly busy,, very hard to reach. If you make a telephone appointment with her you always have to wait 2 weeks for her to call back.

I, my sisters ,our children, my mother and my husband have seen Dr. Kelley for over 35 years. Yes all true lovely person without a doubt , very compassionate. My husband and I are the only ones left seeing Dr. Kelley. All my family members have moved on to a new family doctors. The problem we have/had is certainly the lateness ( even 1st appointment) and the lack of making referrals to other doctors when needed. She will continue to try to resolve your face rash or your knee pain or your lady issues etc when u should be sent to a specialist. Also frequency didn't follow up with issues as she is clearly over booked. I continued there and not found a new doctor for 3 reasons. 1. Too lazy to find one. 2. Was younger reasonably healthy figured I'd stay. 3. No doctors excepting new patients anywhere. I have now moved to Barrie and I don't want to travel to Toronto as I'm now older. She is a lovely person but with all the issues I stated above I'm looking for a new doctor.

I've been going to Dr Catherine Kelley for over a decade and so have my mom and sister. She's caring, compassionate, professional and on the ball! If she's 'late' (as mentioned in other comments) it's because she spends so much quality time with each and every patient. She's 100% present with you during the visit so it's worth the wait. I find the team pretty efficient. No complaints, only praise.

Love her she is so caring and kind, she makes sure she has you covered in every regard, her througouness saved my life as another doctor dismissed me

I love Dr. Kelly. She is thorough and caring and errs on the side of caution. I go way out of my way to see her.

I think the clinic staff are the weak point. They do not see the patient as their "customer" at all. It's as if you're an obstacle to their busy day which is a shame since Dr. Kelley is such a caring physician.

Dr. Kelley is always late but her level of care and my infrequenct visits trump that.

Caring, thorough and competent physician. As others have said, if you're a very busy person she's not the best fit due to long wait times. I personally don't mind the wait given how great she is.

Amazing doctor! So kind, caring and compassionate. I read over some of the comments and the only negative is her wait times. Trust me when I say this, she is worth the wait! She takes her time with her patients and is very thorough. Love her! The downside of the office is the receptionists as they are not pleasant and do not reflect Dr. Kelley, as she is the opposite.
