Dr. Jacobson I found out is an excellent surgeon. He removed a large kidney stone via Uterscopy. I had Day Surgery at the Lakeshore Gen. Hos. Everything went according to the scheduled timing and procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson, his medical team and the Lakeshore Gen. Hos. In and out of the OR and Hosp. in a few hours. Very professional, efficient and caring. One couldn't get better treatment anywhere in the world.

1) This doctor opened the door during an exam, while my private parts were still exposed and didn't tell me the exam was over. He just left. (Also, I was not given a gown for the exam and was just told to lower my pants on the table, keep my shoes on and wait for the doctor to enter the room).

2)He asks you questions, doesn't listen to your answers and tells you that you have symptoms you don't have.

3) He will cancel appointments you have waited over six months to get, several times.

4) The receptionist never answers the phone, even if you call 40 times as I did and the voicemail is always full.

Staff should be fired & replaced with a professional medical receptionist. Why? NEVER answers the phone, voice mail always full (on purpose i guess), impossible to leave a message, no automated appointment reminder/confirmation, and finally: do NOT trust anything she says - get it in writing. (i got fooled and it became "my fault"!).

Dr. Jacobson seems to be a knowledgeable doctor - it's his incompetent & unprofessional support staff that makes him inaccessible.

It is impossible to communicate with the clinic. They tell you to leave a message and the answering
Machine is always full, any time of the year.. Very frustrating . Things are urgent but nowhere to get help and speak to somebody

Staff are rude and NEVER answer the phone. Tell you to send an email - email comes back invalid. Even the pharmacy could not get through when he has prescribed an antibiotic I am allergic too! He might be a good urologist but the attitude of staff and office management needs to be drastically improved to get me to go back again. Can’t even reach them to cancel an appointment - had to send a letter by post!

Unpatient and alway rush you out the office. No interested to talk about the illness condition. And alwasys send to useless repeated tests again and again. Not recommended.

I visited this urologist and he had such a lousy attitude of "holier than thou" as if there was no one better than him and talking about his brother who is a lawyer et al. The point is, he told my father through me that unless there was blood in his urine he didn't have to see him again. Well, a year later and the clown can't even coordinate the appt with Lakeshore General Hospital and was not even aware of his circumstances.

His communication skills are extremely poor. His attitude is garbage and with respect to his knowledge, It seems he's so cavalier and noncommital. What a true idiot he is. He looks down on you in his office as if you don't measure up to his standards.

No caring whatsoever except for his bottom line it seems.
