Unpatient and alway rush you out the office. No interested to talk about the illness condition. And alwasys send to useless repeated tests again and again. Not recommended.

I visited this urologist and he had such a lousy attitude of "holier than thou" as if there was no one better than him and talking about his brother who is a lawyer et al. The point is, he told my father through me that unless there was blood in his urine he didn't have to see him again. Well, a year later and the clown can't even coordinate the appt with Lakeshore General Hospital and was not even aware of his circumstances.

His communication skills are extremely poor. His attitude is garbage and with respect to his knowledge, It seems he's so cavalier and noncommital. What a true idiot he is. He looks down on you in his office as if you don't measure up to his standards.

No caring whatsoever except for his bottom line it seems.

He is an excellent surgeon. He saved my life .very difficult to talk to and get answers. Not friendly or forthcoming. Always late Always overlooks. At least an hour wait

secretaries and Dr are rude , impatient, and inaccessible

The doctor is pleasant but not too friendly.
The biggest problem is the two secretaries! You always feel that you disturbed them, but the biggest problem is to call for an appointment or to cancel one… they never but never answered the phone. You cannot even leave a message also, very annoying.

Dr. Jacobson e is extremely thorough, and his professionalism is next to none. His skills as a surgeon also led to a much more speedy recovery than anticipated, when we discovered the tumor growing on my kidney.

Very pleasant and helpful assistant and Dr. Jacobson was very professional, took the time to listen, ask questions, answer my questions, and explain next steps. I am very grateful that I was referred to this doctor.

Dr Jacobson is specatuclar. he saved my life. he is the best Urologist i have met. his staff was amazing and took such good care of me. i cannot find words to describe how i appreciate them all. God Bless them and thank you!
