If you need to visit a hematologist and your insurance doesn't require a referral (and you don't have one), stay away from this place. This office requires referrals and will not work with you if you don't have or need one.

Receptionist did not offer to look into the situation further nor did they offer to let me speak to someone else, despite me needing to see a hematologist and not needing a referral.

Extremely knowledgable, educated doctor with excellent people skills. Took great care to explain things in detail to me and was very patient. Took a considerable amount of time understanding my history and made sure that I understood the situation fully. I really appreciated that he made such an effort. Unfortunately, many doctors today make you feel rushed and uncomfortable asking questions. Dr. Khuwaja was very attentive and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

A really wonderful physician with a wonderful staff. Since I have to visit the office frequently for treatments (and because of the severity of the illness many patients may be suffering), the office environment is very important; a cold, "professional" environment would be a disaster. Visiting this office is always a pleasure and everyone goes to extraordinary lengths to amke things as easy for you as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
