Terrible experience, she cancelled a almost 3 month appointment I waited for, an rescheduled me almost another month out

I have no doctor because she said we did not conect and so she dropped me She said she would take care of me until May but, will not answer my calls on April. 26 . I was a long time patient and feel. Confused by this whole thing. I agree about no eye contact or saying hello.

Not good at all .. she walked into the room, never said hello. Never made eye contact, yawned and stared at her laptop. Never gave a flu shot, tetanus shot! Was quick to dismiss me .. wouldnt go back

Dr Nardi came in the room and didnt say hello. She talked to me while staring at the computer then abruptly left. I guess that was the end o the visit?

Worst doctor I ever encountered. Very rude and inexperienced in other areas than nephrology. Dismisses problems without even having the knowledge behind her decision. Definitely do not go to dr. she is a complete waste of time!

I will not go back. I waited 30 mins. for my 11:00 a.m. first appointment in an assembly line type atmosphere. When she arrived in the exam room she neither said hello or apologized for delay. She yawned several times during my short visit and gave the impression of being uninterested or disapproving of what I had to say. I was just patient number X.

I highly recommend Dr. Nardi as a Nephrologists and as a primary care physician. She is very knowledgable and does take the time to understand and get involved in the total care of her patients. I am amazed at how she does make sure that she personally visits her patients during dialysis or hospital stays. As other people have noted, she will personally call with test results and follows through as she promises. I trust Dr. Nardi.

Cancelled appointment twice in a row. Had to wait an entire month for another. I believe it's time to find a different doctor. Doctor is okay, scheduling staff could be much better.

Dr Nardi knows her specialty very well! She took a lot of time with me in the office. She explained complex issues in a way I could understand. When I started dialysis she was there every visit. She really cares about her patients and is readily availab;e for calls and questions.

Dr. Nardi is so knowledgeable and concerned with my health. She immediately determined why my kidneys were not filtering properly based on NSAIDs and BP meds I was taking. Within several weeks my blood tests showed my creatinine numbers back to acceptable levels. She would personally call me the day after a blood test with the results. She is now working on adjusting my BP meds to determine the proper meds and proper dosages. I have complete faith in Dr. Nardi. The office staff is friendly and I was able to schedule appointments within one or two weeks. I highly recommend you place your well being in Dr. Nardi's able hands.
