This guy is the best doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent and has great bedside manner. I can, will and have recommended him to several friends and they are all thrilled with him.

Dr Sirotenko and his staff refused to provide me with any information regarding their billing policies. On my last visit I requested for any information about what various procedures would cost and they said they could only tell me after I had seen the doctor and he pulled a magic number out of thin air about what to bill me. The staff told me that it didn't matter since I would just pay my co-pay regardless. I then tried to explain to them that "some people don't have health insurance" and that I would be one of those people in the near future. The staff couldn't even explain what the technical difference was between a "brief" and "extended" visit. A week later I got a letter in the mail telling me that Sirotenko would no longer be my doctor. The letter had no explanation as to why. I've paid all my bills/co-pays on time and when asked. I never missed an appointment and never had any other issue of note other than trying to get information regarding their billing practices.

It is very hard to have trust in this doctor. I would not recommend him to any friends of mine. Lacks truthfulness,

I like Dr. Sirotenko because he sees all of his own patients. He is frank and to the point, yet friendly. Additionally he does not waste your time. I am ususally in and out very quickly. However, his staff is very unfriendly! I am thinking of switching to another doctor just because they are so horrible to deal with. They always seem angry and aggravated with patients even if you are friendly. They won't give you additional help or go out of their way to look into something.
