Been trying to reach out for eight months, couldn’t get a hold of the doctor made appointment never called

She is so biased & makes opinion on preconceived notions. So judgmental.

I've never in my life dealt with this level of incompetence in a medical professional. The negligence and complete lack of patient care is astounding to me. There are far too many instances to list..I cannot emphasize enough, RUN from this "doctor". How she has a medical license is beyond my compression. Run.

This is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She’s always late. Appointments are a 1-2 hour wait to get in. Even now with phone appointments she either forgets to calls me super late, one time it was a day late! I had an MRI and she calls me asking me why I have an MRI. I’ve had this condition for like 15 years and go yearly for MRIs. She’s absolutely clueless and never takes the time to just look up basic information about her patients. Waiting for test results on a mass, so maybe cancer, and she’s on vacation with nobody to tell me results. It’s unacceptable. This woman should lose her licence.

I am genuinely questioning how this woman passed med school and got her license. She is terrible, and I rarely consider anything as such. I went to her a while back for what I believed to be strep throat, and without testing me or even listening to my symptoms fully she prescribed me antibiotics and rushed me out of there, and she also showed up over an hour late! So unprofessional, literally anyone could be a better doctor than this woman.

She does not listen to her patient. She does not touch them or check them properly. All she does is send them for tests and she is always is hurry and always behind her schedule. few minutes are alright but you always have to wait for about an hour and sometimes more than an hour even after booking an appointment. It's like you are going to a walking clinic. Thank god I changed my family doctor. Horrible Horrible doctor.

My mother and I saw Dr.Jay for years and she has always treated us wonderfully.
She’s always managed our health concerns or conditions with care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor!

She is always late and we sit around for 2 hours after my appointment should have been she called us to come in and then asks me why I came to see her, I said you called me in and then she states oh yes I wanted to ask why I am not on a Type 2 Sulfonylurea and I told her because I am a Type 1 on insulin. Oh yes she says well that is all. I found another doctor pronto.

She is very thorough and sends you to specialists. I wish she had more time for appointments. Her punctuality is better and I don't mind waiting because she is a good doctor. She is nice to work with.

This doctor should not have a licence.
She called me in for ex ray discussion for my back. I tjought something must be wrong.
I gofor a night appt which ruined my evening just because of timing.
So when she finally walks in at 830 pm she tells me nothing wrong. I said u called me in so why would nothin be wrong? She says looks lìke the start of arthritis but thats normal with age.
Then shewalks straight out lol.
