Dr. Sewell has upgraded her office and has many new staff members who are much more patient attentive. It has been much busier and she does take walk-ins, so I would really suggest getting an appointment. Mondays are crazy, but she is now open 5 days a week and has a new physician assistant, Shadae (sp?) who is great.

O am a patient of Dr. Sewell, however for past week or so. I have been calling her office & was not able to talk with anyone, I needed a referral to a specialist, I came to her office during normal business office & the office was lock, but some of employees were inside, but didn't open the door until another patient came for her appointment, her staff is not professional at all, what is going on with her office & staff, if her office is closed, she could have at least told her patients.

Great doctor. Takes time to talk to you and explain the reason why decisions regarding your health are or should be made. Can talk to her about anything!!!!!!! Also will give advice on holistic alternatives. Been a patient for 12 years.

Dr. Sewell needs a vacation to sart with. Her staff needs training. Her management saff are terrible. I have been her patient from she was at the first practice. At one ttime it got better, but now it has gone right down again. She shold eally take an invenory of all of them and make sure they have the right credential. Dr. Sewell is very sweet but it is obvios she needs a vacation. She looks tired and she forgets things at times. I just found a new doctor.

I had been a patient of Dr. Sewell's for several years but her practice has gotten SOOO bad! Her front and back office staff are HORRIBLE. I have called and been left on hold for approx 15 min at each call. When I get to the office I have to wait another hour just to be called to the back. I hate to leave her practice but I just can't deal with the lack of customer service anymore! I have put up with it way to long. I have had many friends to leave her practice as well because of the same issues. She really needs to do an internal audit of her practice and clean house starting with her INCOMPETENT staff (Adrian and Lindia). Her practice is going down the drain FAST! It would be very beneficial for Dr. Sewell to review the comments about her practice. Because of her staff, Dr. Sewell just lost yet another loyal patient.

Dr. Sewell is very forgettful and looks so tired. Her staff at the front are very unprofessional and do not show warmness. Its all about the money for them. I will find another doctor.

She is a good MD but it may possibly that her staff at the front desk is not organized. Also she seems to overbook her pts
