Dr. Wallace Duncan and his staff have always given impeccable care to me. I will always sing HIGH praises to him and his staff for their excellent care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Duncan since I arrived in Georgia 2002. I’m fortunate to have been referred to his practice. He’s very thorough and listens to all my concerns. He even calls me on weekends with test results‼️ His staff very efficient and friendly. My son is also a patient of Dr. Duncan.

I think Dr Duncan is a great doctor. He always takes time with me even if he is behind. I love the way he calls and discuss your lab results even on the weekend. I do feel that his staff could be alittle more friendly. I have recommended several patients to Dr Duncan and they have been very pleased.

As a New Patient visit on Oct 4,2010,this was by far the worst I have EVER in countered as a patient.In thirty years of being in the medical field,this was the worst!!Was not seen for 1hr and 21min,staff was rude and did not give instructions as you would a new patient.Dr. Duncan was very distracted with his netbook,rather than hear why I was there.I had to repeat twice every thing I said regarding my reason for a complete physical.When it was clear that I would need referrals routine test,he FAILD to supply them,nor did he do a complete yearly exam as I was scheduled for.I had to ask for him to return to exam room,to look at my legs,which was why I had made the appointment to begin with!!!The lab system they use to inform patients their results is NOT patient friendly.After several calls on Oct 7,2010, I was able to express to Dr.Duncan my disappointment with him and his staff,as a new patient.His excuse,was staff turn over!He still faild to call CVS,NO Meds.Just sorry STAY AWAY!!!!!

He sucks! His office staff is terrible and lazy. This man and RN gave me the wrong damn meds and now I have residule effect from it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MD!

Great bed side manner. Cares about his patients. Will do all he can to solve the problem.
