He really should have his license taken away.
He never returns calls or requests from nurses or hospital. You can’t leave a message. Both my parents have been in hospital because of him not following up and his cavalier attitude towards his patients.

He secretary is a joke and withholds information. Medchart has been requesting my medical history for over 3 months now and still no luck retrieving it thus far. Disgusting.

This Doctor is an absolute joke. I went to him for Botox injections and he had no clue what he was doing. He messed up my right cheek above my eye and then when I went back for him to fix his mistake he charged me AGAIN to try and fix it but he couldn’t. Now I have a permanent lump there from the injection. I should have sued him after it happened. This guy seems to be a bit of a hobbler! Like to dabble in a few different things but doesn’t really specialize in anything. Very scary that he’s allowed to practice anything.

My father was a loyal patient of dr. Mcisaac for over 30 years even though thr dr. didn't always address his issues. When my father was on his death bed several specialists contacted the dr to arrange for palliative care and the dr. couldn't be bothered even responding to the specialists calls. He did NOTHING to help my father. Luckily we had a very compassionate specialist who did McIaacs job. Disgusting that he ignored a patient of over 30 years.

Dr McIsaac has failed to follow up with my mother multiple times. Despite obvious signs of cognitive decline and both my brother & I (PoA) expressing concerns about Alzheimer’s, (runs in the family) he assessed her twice at our insistence using an outdated testing procedure. I’ve asked for supporting documents from him for CRA, a retirement residence, and a legal issue however we had to attend in person & stand in front of his secretary (after waiting 2 months with no reply) in order to get these documents. It’s extremely frustrating as he does not talk much at all, and seems to make assumptions (to the detriment of his patients) and disregards concerns of family members. I see he is on restrictions from CPSO. I don’t think this protocol is helping. Perhaps it’s time for him to retire. He’s been practicing medicine since 1977! That’s 43 years.

Dr McIsaac has given me about 30 years of excellent medical care.He is a little difficult to get in to see because of his client load, but he will always take the extra step in dire situations. He has probably saved my life on two occasions and actually went to the hospital to check up on me after an operation.I do not look forward to the day he retires,

Dr.Mcisaac has been my doctor since birth, later on he took on my husband and children as patients. He’s a wonderful doctor - the problem is his receptionist; the most ignorant, and unprofessional one he’s has had by far, consistently acting like all patients existence bother her.
He’s gone through quite a few receptionists but none like her.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. McIsaac takes time to explain treatment options and makes appropriate referrals. He caught my cancer early and facilitated referral to the cancer clinic.
