Absolutely needs to retire. Calculated and gave the wrong prescription dosage three times in the same instance for a toddler, after being warned up front that the toddler had already been given the wrong dosage before.

This doctor should retire. He refuses to fill in any necessary forms, forcing my family member to go to the ER to get them to do his job of creating a referral. This is causing undue hardship on an already taxed system. He also said he would have other forms ready and I was to go to the office at 4:00. I was there at 2:30 and caught him leaving. He had not completed the form and was leaving before I was to arrive. What doctor does that. We are now going to have to go and get my family member's specialist to fill in these forms as they are time sensitive. Don't bother getting an appointment with this doctor. He is a lame duck. I have been taking notes on his behavour and will be reporting his behavour to the College of Physician and surgeons.

Stay away, stay safe! This is a butcher not a doctor. He put botox instead of filler in my lips and nasolabial folds, without my consent or knowledge, and paralyzed my upper lip. I ended up in emergency room as he didn't have hyaluronidase in the emergency kit to dissolve the fillers he put in, when this is obligatory required as an emergency medication when doctors do injectables, to prevent blockage of blood vessels. I cant smile or show teeth when smile, cannot bite on an apple or burger, i look like a clown, I cannot speak properly, my smell is affected, i look 10 y older, i avoid friends and family or public places as I am disfigured and can't speak. When asked, he denied puting botox in my lips, than wrote in the medical chart that he did put botox in my lips. He wrote lies and in the medical chart, and made intentional omissions and wrote incomplete notes about appointments and events. I can prove it. I feel physically violated by his forced botox treatment on my lips, mistreatment and lies. Do not go to his medical spa, or this so called doctor, you are not safe.
He intimidated me telling me if I sue him, I will not get anything from him. There is more horror to this story but I cant say it all. Stay away, stay safe!

This physician has been treating my family for decades and the only reason we don't move onto another family doctor is because there is a severe shortage. He is outdated, unhelpful, and just overall a terrible physician. He has made countless errors, does not follow-up on preventative care of my family members and had to demand to get guideline directed colon cancer screening. He had the secretary giving test results after we had to consistently ask and gave the wrong dose of medication multiple times. He shouldn't be practicing.

Nurse tells you she will verify with the doctor and call you back, but never does. You can never reach him and he never calls back.
