I've been a patient of Dr. Hanna's for many years now, and she is the absolute BEST I have ever had! I love her kindness, her knowledge, her vast experience, and her manner. She is delightful and so knowledgeable! Her expertise has resulted in a huge improvement in my health. I insisted that my husband go to her as well, and we rest well knowing our precious health is in good hands with Dr. Hanna.

I agree with the rater before me (July 15th). Dr. Hanna's staff is not only unprofessional, but humiliating and some of them, mean. I complained to the office manager and she did not believe me. At the next appointment Dr. Hanna sent her staff to inform me that she could no longer see us despite the fact I was in tears. The irony of it all is her husband is a chaplin! Life is long and Karma can be nasty. My new Dr. was surprised with what meds she has me on and changed them. I am not surprised.

The most unprofessional office staff and doctor I have ever experienced. When I arrived her receptionist and medical assistant were laughing about a patient that had just left with the window open for all us patients to hear. Dr.Hanna refused to even come in the exam room and sent medical assistant instead to tell me that she does not treat my condition. If you want to be disrespected and your hippa rights violated. This is the dr for you!

I've been seeing Dr. Hanna for many years, and I wouldn't dream of switching to another internist! She's the best: compassionate, very knowlegeable, she really cares about and takes her time with you, and answers all of your questions. I love the staff at her office, too, especially Patti, Dr. Hanna's nurse. I'm more than satisfied with my care, and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hanna. She rocks!
