I agree with the other post even 9mons later. Dr. Chen is very impatient and doesn't care to listen to his patients without being rude and making it clear he is in a hurry and doesn't have time for you. Needs a lesson in bedside manner and people skills.

He was rude and yelled at a 74 year old cancer patient. He is never prepared and you are not allowed to ask him questions without him getting upset.
