In '98, I was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. It was acute, so I was admitted into the hospital and chemo began quickly. Dr. Godfrey was assigned to my healthcare. He performed a few bone marrow biopsies, oversaw my treatment, and did all an oncologist does. He was considerate, warm, patient and wasn't phased by my bad, meloncholy moods, as I felt so miserable during treatment. He was open to hearing my concerns and did not disregard them. Anyone who has this man walk them through this season of their life is extremely fortunate.
