Recommended by a friend that is a nurse. Found this doctor to be somewhat kind but did not spend adaquate time with my mother who had been diagnosed with lung cancer. He became very insulted and indignant when we suggested an eval from Hopkins.When my mother was under his care,he would breeze through the chemo area barely taking the time to look at her much less examine her. He almost missed the large tumor that had appeared on her neck until a family member stopped him and insisted he examine the area. His knowledge and use in the area of pain management is seriously lacking. He prescribed Advil for a woman with stage 4 lung cancer to relieve pain and never suggested anything else (just increased the dosage). It was not until we entered hospice that Morphine was ever mentioned or added. Would not recommend this doctor....
