Dr. Naidoo is a wonderful family doctor She is great with kids
She's very sweet and takes her time. And she tends to give patients what they ask for instead of just dismissing people.
She listens and you can tell she really cares about her patients.
But when you ask for a specific referral she said they are all the same and sent me to Windsor. You don't want to get on her upset side because then she will dismiss you.
She is no longer my GP. I mentioned that her staff was not professional in doing with her job and she may be fit for a different type of job, something not dealing with the public.

Other comments from this sight I agree with
1 - Amazing doctor but horrible staff, staff seems bothered by you being there and is very uncaring and unkind
2 - Very kind and knowledgable doctor, supportive and caring. The staff, not so much.
3 - I think Dr. Naidoo is a good doctor when it comes to medicine, but I think when it comes to her staff, they are a bit two faced. I think she could do better when it comes to having better help in her office.
4 - She kept repeating she is a doctor and knowing what to do.. she is not specialized for the referrals that I needed. I had her for 10 years, I noticed she great with kids not so great with adults.

This doctor is such a bit**! Told me my endometriosis was all in my head and refused to help me with a new direction. I left her office in tears that day because this “doctor” refused to help me. A 14 year old teenager suffering from pelvic pain and nobody to help guide her. She put me on a birth control and sent me on my way (yaz) and I ended up losing my gall bladder. I tried the IUD next which she refused at two visits to take out (even tho I was bleeding heavy onto the floor for weeks!) She’s just so awful. If you need something other than a common cold - run.

One of the kindest people I have ever met. She is professional, thorough, patient and listens. She has cared for my in-laws through their numerous health issues, always with a kind smile and attentive ear. She is everything that a family doctor should be, and my wife and daughters are blessed to have her as our family doctor for the past 17 years.

Dr. Naidoo and her secretary Sue are amazing. My parents and I have been patients of Dr. Naidoo for 7 years and have never had any issues. Dr. Naidoo is extremely kind and thorough, you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. Sue is extremely efficient and friendly whenever I visit the office or call. Thank you for all the you do!! We are extremely blessed to have Dr. Naidoo as our family doctor.
