this doctor must write his own ratings! - he was a terrible experience for us - he paralyzed my wife and tried to blame her for being weak in her mind - never go to him

Dr. Bernstein was by far the best doctor I've ever had. Not only was he knowledgeable and extremely punctual (especially for a doctor), but he had a good sense of humour, he answered any questions, and he seemed genuinely interested in neurosurgury.

DR. B was amazing. He was the only one that knew about Chiari Malformation and took no time to do surgery (2 weeks after consult) to stop the progression of my condition. I owe my life to this man and will be forever greatful to have been able to be given a second lease on life.

Dr.B is the most respectful and knowledgable person I've ever met in my life. He is so down to earth, I was not a patient myself but my Mother was, yet I was with her at every app. and surgery and cannot say enough GREAT things about this man, Thank You Dr.B

Dr. Bernstein is not only one of the best doctors i have ever seen, but one of the kindest people i have ever spoken to. he truly cares, has wonderful bedside, is so respectful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him.

Dr. Bernstein is a kind compassionate man. He truly cares about his patients and I am thankful he was able to perform a very delicate surgery that saved my life five years ago. There's been no looking back, except to say thanks!

I just had a surgery with Dr. Bernstein and he has saved my life. One month later I am doing things I never did in the last year. He was the only Dr. who would perform my surgery. He did not waste time and I felt confident in his hands.The team at St. Mikes has been amazing. I also have a wound care nurse Jo who not only sees me weekly but helps me with any fears. I highly recommend that you put your faith in Dr. Bernstein and the nurses he has around him. I also really like all the nurses at his clinic days. I remember Mary, and another her name. I am not afraid anymore- he will be honest and he listens when you dont want something done. But best advice is he knows what he is doing and he is a very special Dr. Also JO is a great nurse- who as far as i am concerned is as dr. Bernstein.

One of the best doctors I've ever been to. He has given me my quality of life back. Very knowledgable and professional, answered all my questions and concerns. Always made the time for me and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I trust my life in his hands.
