Absolutely the kindest,humble, most compationate doctor around.I haven't gotten rid or my Rheumatoid Arthritis all together,But Philip Baer was the best thing that happened to my condition medictly.This guy really cares about his patients,I'm very lucky to have found him Thanks to the referral from my GP. Dr. Baer is quite punctual and helpful. He does a thorough examination and offers advice. He is open minded and respects a patient's views on the disease they may or may not have.
