Dr Hans is a great Dr. She’s knowledgeable and listens. I have always been able to find a solution with her to address whatever the issue has been. I’ve been with her for more than 15 years. However her staff are horrendous. They are rude, condescending and frankly just nasty. I feel like she needs to get rid of the entire admin staff and hire people who are courteous, and respectful. They also are nosey, and snippy. Wait times are long however I feel like that’s because she’s not only thorough but has a heavy patient load. Many times she’s in on weekends to “catch up” on messages or phone calls from her patients.
But again… I hope she sees these reviews and realizes that the largest complaint is about her admin staff. They are horrible.

Dr. Hans has been my doctor for 12 years. She is very caring, understanding and listens carefully to me with my concerns and reassures me if I have any worries. She is a wonderful doctor and her staff are very kind. The clinic is modern and inviting. I have never had to wait for very long either. Waited FOREVER for a lady named Doctor Hans to put my filler where my botox should be and my botox where filler should be. My forehead looked like a train track. I didn't leave the house for almost 6 months, I was at home crying and waiting for my forehead to go back to normal. And I still had to pay for it. I'm not sure where she took her training.

I was seeing Dr Hans for many years, since her original clinic beside the Grey Nuns hospital. She was my GP and my dermatologist. She used to take her time with my medical concerns, she was kind and caring. Fast forward to her new location, the Nova centre. She began saying things life "only one symptom per visit" and other ridiculousness. Service began slipping rapidly. I had a very busy work schedule and wait times would go past 2 hours, I didn't have the time to discuss one symptom per visit. Getting to the clinic at all was a huge inconvenience with my work demands.

Once she bought the commercial building she is now operating out of and opened her botox clinic, things changed very quickly. Once I walked into the clinic and the front desk representative looked up at me believe it or not, and said out loud "Jesus Christ". I was baffled, I looked behind me and she was speaking to me, I assumed there must have been someone behind me. Nope, she was talking to me. I find this language very offensive due to my personal religion. I brought it up to her and she brushed it off. I was disgusted and still confused what that was about. I'm always polite and kind on my multitude of visits over the years.

Right around the same time, I went to get botox for my migraines, for my face and jaw pain. I noticed on that last Botox visit, they only used 3 of the 4 needles of Botox that I picked up in advance at the pharmacy. As I was leaving, the nurse was putting the 4th needle back in their supply cabinet outside of the medical room. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even botox into my jaws as per my request and one of the main reasons for my visit. I called their reception office upset the next day, as it was bothering me for the entire evening, I had to say something, that's a lot of money!!

The receptionist on the facial side of the clinic didn't know what I was talking about so I told her to chat with Dr Hans and Cathy and c all me back. (please don't think this is a complaint against Cathy, she is simply doing what she's told, I don't blame her. She's a sweetie. She should get a new job and get out of there.) The front desk receptionist never did get back to me, nobody got back to me!!!

She undercuts other botox clinics by selling the product cheaper per unit, I'm guessing one of the earlier reviews I read below about the office injecting diluted botox, must be true. I'd never thought of that until reading it. Please save your money if you're looking for treatments for your face. Not only is her skills not up to par, their ethics are literarily CRIMINAL!!! She should be shut down. Even if she's shut down for these multiple malpractices, she owns that commercial building she's operating out of so she'll continue to make a heathy living regardless.

It's the most unethical place I'd ever encountered. She should be ashamed of herself. Please don't bring your sick loved ones here, it's not safe!!

If you read the positive reviews below, it doesn't require a genius to tell that the reviews are fake. They keep repeating the same grammar errors and use the same verbiage. She probably makes her staff who speak Punjabi and struggle with English, to write her positive reviews, even more SHADINESS. How many people actually write I and I've with a lover case i??? Read the reviews and you'll notice these things too.

Absolutely unbelievably disappointing and careless for the Canadian government to allow this practice to keep treating patients. What is our country coming to, when caregivers who took the Hippocratic Oath with their medical licence to continue to practice. She should be in prison with Dr. Yifei Shi. I bet if the government audited that practice, they'd find some pretty questionable book keeping as well. Just a hutch!!

Dr. Hans is the best doctor I’ve ever seen! My family and I are her patients and she treats us very well. She is very intelligent, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. She cured my disease before it got worse.

I have been a patient of Dr Hans from way back. I felt I received the best care and compassion from her. I have had to move to Calgar and I have been terrified the Dr I see here has given wrong requisition for spine injections given me someone else test results, I could go on. I want to drive to see Dr Hans I miss her and will never trust another doctor but her. If she is your Doctor you have been blessed.

I really like dr. Hans but her staff and the wait times are bad. I had to wait over an hour from the time I booked. This is really disrespectful.

Been with Dr. Hans for over 10years but after some issues with my mental health I feel l am treated like a discarded piece of cloth. Ignores what I say and acts like it is all in my head , says I should just ignore it and not worry! The wait times are ridiculous, like our time in not important. The front staff grimace and frown most of the time! Definitely likes to push meds instead of running test and diagnosing the issue properly.
