Very helpful. I feel like I'm in good care with him and my favourite nurse practitioner. No hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

Dr Aboo certainly gives doctor's a good name! I was very fortunate to have Dr Aboo as my Oncologist during my bout with colon cancer - after surgery and 6 months of chemo. He is very knowledgeable and caring and really knows his stuff. I heard very good things about him and his treatment/care from other families whose loved ones were lucky enough to have him as their doctor. I recently moved to another province, but due to the care I received at the ABCC, I coninue to go to Regina for all check-ups - regardless of cost to get there. Dr Aboo has recently relocated to Ontario. He will be sadly missed. I certainly do recommend him to anyone out there who has the choice of who they will have as their Oncologist! I wish him all the best in his new location.

I heard today that Dr. Aboo has left the Regina Allen Blair Clinic and I am really saddened by this. Whereever he has gone he will be the greatest asset for that clinic....will miss his loving care and great knowledge of medicine. Wishing I could keep in touch with him....Sending him all the best....gloria :)

Dr. Aboo has been my doctor since 2001. I was very sick and not expected to life but with Dr. Aboo's care and also in answer to prayer I am still here. Even when I came into the hospital with shingles he took over as my doctor when he said, "We are really going to fight this." When I almost died with pneumonia this past July he was there to fight this and then to fight the cancer which has returned. He is amazed and as pleased as I that I am still in the land of the living. I heard him make a speach at a Relay for Life when he said, "Your greatest problem is not cancer but fear."

Dr. Aboo has been treating my mother for 2 years and is an incredible doctor. He has always been proactive in ordering follow up tests, quickly reviewing results and encouraging out of province treatment if desired/needed. He is a great doctor and Regina is lucky to have him.

I have had Dr. Aboo as my oncologist since 2004 and I have a lot of confidence in his suggested treatments and in his diagnoses. I also appreciate his good sense of humour and the fact that he is very approachable. He has encouraged me to travel to the Mayo Clinic for a 2nd opinion, where I found that the diagnoses and treatment were quite similar to what was given by Dr. Aboo and the rest of the team at the Allan Blair.

I have been taking my 74 year old mother to her appointments with Dr. Aboo for several months now. He is wonderful with her, has a great sense of humor which she really appreciates, and she is quite happy with him. He lets her leave the worrying to him!

I found that for being a doctor dealing with Cancer patients, he was very short on compassion. He was very short and abrupt when dealing with him. I got the impression that we were only suppose to listen to him and not ask any questions.
