Dr. Sarti performed deviated septum surgery on me years ago. Before the surgery, he said he would do certain things. After the surgery, it was clear that he did not and then denied he ever said he would.

Wait time is never under 2 hrs. He doenst address things. He peaked in my ears for 2 seconds after a 2 hr wait, said "it could be a tumor but I doubt it", no elaboration. Called office again after weekeend had ear pain, sinus pain, dizziness, ear drainage. He wouldnt see me wanted me to see another doctor in Jersey City. I refused and went to a new ENT, who prescribed antibiotics, did endoscopy and gave a thorough exam. This guy is just in it for the money. He skirts around questions too.
