and smart . Lack of modesty to her own demise .

Over priced in comparison to her peers . Megalomaniac to the point of setting unrealistic pricing . It’s a shame for she is talented and not shy about letting you know . The growth of her company has been explosive with lots of new faces resulting in missed steps and mistakes .

If you don’t mind paying a premium this may be the place for you . She is a talented dentist , tho there are a handful of talented dentist in the city of her calibrate that are humble and look out for their clients wallets .

Pushy, arrogant, impatient . . . all excellent descriptors. Attended Dr. Cooper's downtown office a number of years ago and was told I needed new veneers and crowns on seven of my front teeth. Thousands of dollars later and I am so sorry I had this done. Afterward was told by other dentists the work was likely unnecessary - mainly done for cosmetic purposes. I remember at the time, as others have stated here, being intimidated and she got angry with me because I was hesitating. I should not have caved but was more or less bullied into it. A number of the teeth have had to be redone. By the time all is said and done all of them will need to be redone. Once the work was done and paid for she basically lost interest. I would advise others to stay away as well as this is a money-making enterprise. She will initially sweep you away with her "charming" personality, light banter, humour etc. but that is all a facade. Opening this Pandora's box of cosmetic dentistry will cost you money, time and grief down the road. Tread carefully.

I will never go back to this dentist office again. The staff are phony and gamey, to the point of directly lying to you. Dr. cooper is the worst. She is extremely greedy, aggressive and non-caring and although she brags about being one of the best, I did not experience any excellence in her work, attitude or mannerism. She is arrogant and illogical. She blames the patient if the work they did at their office runs into issues shortly after the work is done (my personal experience). Do not go to Dr. Cooper either at her downtown office or the Cougar Ridge location. She is greedy, pushy, arrogant, uncaring and aggressive - not a very intelligent woman overall - only in the ways of making more and more money without any regard for anyone and with such arrogant and illogical attitude. STAY AWAY!

After extensive, failed dental treatment at another clinic left me with chronic pain and discomfort, Dr. Cooper took me on and referred me to several specialists to be assessed. I have seen an Orthodontist, Periodontist, Endodontist and Prosthodontist. One of the specialists noting the complexity of my case will require the intervention of specialists. Dr. Cooper was provided with copies of these specialist reports. I have been fearful and hesitant to proceed with treatment as I realized Dr. Cooper was proceeding to do the treatment herself. Not once did she acknowledge or discuss the specialist recommendations with me. I did not understand this, why would she not consult with the specialists. This made me very uneasy. Dr. Cooper had also told me that one of my veneers was not sealed properly and would need to be replaced. I did see that there may be a problem with it. Some time later, she said to me that all of my veneers were not sealed properly and would need to be replaced. This was shocking to me. There was no previous mention of it. She didn't provide me with how she came to this conclusion. She did not show me evidence of the problem either on x-ray or by photos. At my latest appointment, Dr. Cooper's tone with me was one of frustration and impatience. I had the feeling this was because I was hesitating with treatment. She also mentioned again the veneers needing to be replaced. I did not want to proceed with having this pressured feeling and did not wish to be treated in this way. I also want a general dentist that will respect specialist recommendations. I have since obtained two separate opinions regarding my veneers and each of the dentists recommended that the one veneer Dr. Cooper initially suggested, be replaced. However, neither dentist saw any issue with any of the other veneers and didn't understand why she would think so. Dr. Cooper would have performed these replacements which would have been very costly to me and was completely unnecessary. This has all been very disappointing to me that she would do this. To once again have another unfortunate dental experience. I now see Dr. Cooper was looking out for her best interests, not mine.

Pushy and aggressive. Tries to sell you on cosmetic procedures by spending a ridiculous amount of time taking photos of your teeth with a DSLR and unnecessary x-rays to point out tiny flaws. She might be fine if you are interested in the cosmetics procedures, but otherwise, stay away.

We have visited Dr. Cooper both downtown and at the Cougar Ridge location. Her staff is wonderful and patient. They will hear your concerns, even if they are personal related, and ensure that you are met with the utmost care and compassion .

Dr.Cooper is very knowledgeable and her referrals are to some of the best specialists in the business. She takes the time to make sure that the members she refers you to have full knowledge of where you are, where you were, and what the goal of the treatment is going to be. Takes out a ton of the stress that can be associated with going to the dentist!

I have been seeing dr cooper for 7 years now, I found her because I was looking for a dentist that is also talented in cosmetic dentistry, she’s well known for this. I’ve had a lot of work done by her and she’s changed my self esteem literally because I smile so much more now that I’m proud of my teeth. She’s also a very warm and caring person, I adore going to see her. I talk to her about my career sometimes too and she always gives good advice, bonus ! Who would’ve thought your dentist could give you mentorship advice :) When she left her previous office , I was devastated and immediately went to google to search to where she went and found she had started her own dentist office and I followed her there. Phew!
