Very thorough and knowledgeable but does not hesitate to refer when necessary.Good sense of humour and geat bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.

This doctor joined the office of the doctor I went to. I saw him a couple of times a year when my doctor wasn't in or was booked up. When I had a car accident, and tried to book an appt w/ my doctor, and was told that she left for early mat leave, I asked to see Dr. Ladhani. At the appt, I explained to him my situation. He told me that he did not feel comfortable being my doctor for this claim (even though I had seen him half a year ago). I was so distraught. I did not know where to turn. My doctor was on mat leave for at least a yr. Her colleague, who I had seen numerous times throughout the last 3-4 yrs, would not step in. Besides being injured from this accident, I went thru further stress during this difficult time. Even tho he was not willing to be my doctor for this claim, he did add ironically that it was ok to come see him for "simple" things. I have never gone back to see him. He may continue being a doctor, but I do not want him to be compensated for the "simple" things.

I felt the office staff were very unorganized and incompetent. Staff hangs up on me or failed to answer my call as they probably had call display. Confirmed appt time but not in the books so I had to wait for over an hour to see another very rude Asian doctor. I missed another appointment on that day because of their tardiness. Restricted to one ailment per visit. I had to make another appt for other ailment or concern. Staff failed to follow up what they said the would do - like calling another doctor to get the results and failing to contact me to provide me with an update. Staff said they have sent the report to Transport Canada. They didn't. Then I found out that they would charge me for sending the report to Transport Canada. He is one of the doctor that Transport Canada uses to provide a health report. I would not recommend Dr. Ladhani. I had to get the report from the office and delivered it to Transport Canada myself.
