3-4 months for an appointment. Zero accountability for following up on scheduled appointments or results. Cordoni is nice but her & her staff consistently forgets to submit near emergent inquiries & reqs.

In my personal experience, the use of this practice has put my overall health at more of a risk than if I just relied on clinics and rolled the dice with life.

Do they ever answer the phone? No. Do they every have appointments? No. Are staff kind? One is, one is not. Cordoni is awesome, but her staff to do a better job at managing her business. They've taken on too much, cannot provide reasonable wait times, or service. I'm worried if I get sick, or injured it will take me two months to be see.

Dr. Cordoni has been my family doctor for many years. She birthed me when I was a baby. In recent years I have noticed she has become sloppy in her profession. Her staff are also probably some of the rudest people I have encountered. The receptionists have little to no manners. I have booked appointments and had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment. I missed an appointment due to a death in august and had completely forgot I even had an appointment. I went to book a visit recently and was told I had to pay a fee. I asked explained to the receptionist the circumstances surrounding the missed appointment and they said they would speak to the the doctor about waving the fee and call me back. No one has gotten back to me and it has been two weeks.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cordoni for over 40 years, and my whole family, including my daughters and granddaughter, are cared for by her…. so very well. She is amazingly knowledgeable, professional, and really patient and kind, although a just user of time. Her staff, Vicki and Deanna, do their very best for Dr. Cordoni, but the BC medical system is under so much pressure now that it is difficult to receive care in the timely way that used to be the norm in Dr. Cordoni’s office. That is NOT the fault of the staff in Dr. Cordoni’s office. Please treat the staff with respect and they will do the same for you. We feel so grateful to have Dr. Cordoni and her team in our corner.

making an appt is a joke, wait time is at least 2 months, reception staff horrible nasty attitudes, condescending, don't dare question them about anything!!! Dr C is a good
Dr but seems to have lost some interest in profession over the years.

I am one of her original patients, so 40+ years. I never had any complaints until the past few years. It has become really difficult to get an appointment, made worse by COVID, and IMO having to wait 6 - 8 weeks is really poor. The staff used to be personable but not anymore. I called last summer and it was a 6 week wait so I cancelled. Called again on November 30 and said it’s been a couple of years since my last visit. Didn’t even really ask what I specifically wanted, just said ‘we’re booking into January’. So, 7 weeks. I know that I am lucky to have a GP, for now, but worry for the near future when she is sure to retire.

went to Dr C begging for help over and over for same problem, she sadly failed me until my health got so bad I ended up getting dreadfully ill. I have lost my trust and faith in my family Dr and now I am struggling as what to do in the future with the lack of new doctors taking on patients.
Her new phone system is a joke, designed to keep her patients from being able to contact via email, message and barely through the phone, as your kept on hold forever, then greeted by very rude MOA who make you feel like your bothering them. The no show fee, is higher then most specialist charge, same for the wait time I have waited less time to see some specialists.
Her practice which use to be one of the best now is just about money, about more and more patients and not the quality of care. All of these reviews and she doesn't seem to hear or care. It's sad and frustrating and a perfect example of what has happened to our health care today.

I've been seeing Dr Cordoni my entire life, I'm 40 now, but over the past several years I've noticed that while she is still great, it's almost impossible to get through the phone line to make an appt, and if you do get through the appt is like 2 months away, I have currently at this moment been on hold for over 40 minutes... which is insane. I was told 2 months ago that some referrals have been made for me and if I don't hear from them in a month I should call, I CANNOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE

So very very frustrated

Honestly this woman has been my family doctor for 30+ years. And over the last 10 I feel like she is half a foot out the door. It takes MONTHS to see her. Her reception staff (mostly Vicky who is incompetent) literally keeps you on hold for 15+ minutes then asks you to go on hold. The do not have an easier way to request appointments other than to call and I have to take time OFF OF WORK and lost money just to get in to see her. Request are never done right, always feel rushed when you do get in. Just retire and get it over with.
