This is the best doctor I have ever been to. I look forward to going to the doctor for the first time in my life. I have referred many family members, and everyone seems to love him and stick with him.

The most knowledge and understanding dr I've had the pleasure of seeing. Never makes you feel like a number. Wait can me a little long but that is only due to his desire to make the patients visit a complete success. He never makes you come back to address any additional issues. I ask advice on behalf of my family and friends and he is always generous with his time. Besides, he saved a lot of lives during the May 2013 storms! Will never change doctors. - Mindy

I waiting 1 hour and 44 minutes and then another 12 minutes in the patient room. Staff is very rude and not customer oriented. Upon expressing that I was upset over the poor overall service, I was told that my expectations for prompt and courteous service was "unrealistic and absurd". And that I needed to seem healthcare elsewhere. I've been a patient for over a year. Bu after a half day in his office, received no care or help for the reason I even made the appointment. He went so far as to tell me that I should seek psychiatric help. The nurse is very rude and treats people like they are trying to "score" drugs. The receptionist speaks English with an extremely thick accent. In a year and 10-13 visits, I never received an exam or proper bedside manner. Instead of diagnosing the patient, he lectures and spouts knoedge ranging from how "big pharmacy" works to why suicide rates and statistics have changed over the years, to how advancements in science aid medicine and medical treatment.

Dr. Miles is ok, seems knowledgeable. His Staff on the other hand is so unfriendly. I will not be going back to this office. I would not suggest using this office for ANY medical services. That's unless you want to be talked to like an idiot from one of his unprofessional staff members

This is the worst dr and office had a 8:30 apt (made sure I was first apt ) was not seen till after 9:30. The staff is rude and knowing I have a heart condition he prescribed a med that shouldn't be taken with a heart condition. What an idiot. I wouldn't take my dog to see this guy.

I was pretty disappointed by my experience here. Arrived for a 10:30 appointment. Staff not particularly friendly. No interest in customer service here. Took an hour for the doctor to grace me with his presence. Just because you are a doctor doesn't mean I should wait on you, I did after all set an appointment for a reason. Took 2 seconds to look at my laceration, and said a nurse would remove the staples, which once she got in the room took 45 seconds. So to receive the entire minute of care, it took an hour and a half out of my day. I got better care at the ER when the laceration occurred and I didn't have an appointment. Will not be returning again.

Dr. Miles id OK but not particularly focused. You will wait forever to see him. His PA is a great practitioner and attentive to detail. I don't feel bad waiting for her because she spends worthwhile time with her patients.

Great Doctor, but the staff is not very nice, and his PA's could use a lot more training. They misdiagnosed my son and caused permanent damage. They are not very knowledgable about child immunizations either. They tried to give two immunizations too close together. This would have caused both immunizations to be inefective, and could have caused major problems.
