Totally agree with the reviews. Front desk is awesome , Dr Martin is the worst doctor I have met in my life.

Terrible, only repeats generic phrases like "drink lots of fluids" and "just register your kid for more activities". I don't understand how someone who cares so little about her patients is still allowed to practice for so long.

I had an initial phone consultation with another Dr. at Park & Tilford which was pleasent.
Dr. Martin was on when a follow up call was required. She called me and was abrupt, insulting and condescending. I surely hope that I'm never in a dire emergency when she is the Dr. on call. I don't feel I would receive quality care. She jumps to incorrect assumptions and doesn't listen.

I want to preface this by saying the front desk staff at Park and Tilford is awesome!

I don't have a family doctor, so always go to the walk-in. So I have some experience with different doctors. Dr. Marin is awful!!! I've been dealing with an ongoing issue and was advised years ago that I probably need surgery. Not wanting surgery, I've tried everything else to resolve the issue. I'm at the end of that barrel and now am willing to go down the surgery road. As I've been instructed by more than one Physiotherapist. When I told her what I was seeing her for, she acted as if I had no right. As if I were an idiot for assuming I could even ask for a surgery consult, let alone actually get one. She was highly dismissive, rude, and basically acted like she was doing me a favor by even talking to me. She also wanted me to get an X-ray even though I will have to wait 1-2 years for the MRI she is requiring before referring me. What would be the point of getting an X-ray right now when I had one 6 months ago and will likely need another one when I actually see the surgeon. Exposing patients flippantly to X-rays is something doctors really should be mindful of. Not her. I will be sure to state "any doctor but Dr. Martin" the next time I go here. I suggest everybody else does the same if they want any level of care that you would deem even average.

I called the clinic to find out if I needed to stay off work longer as I had leg pain and was sent for an x ray. I was awaiting results. Dr. Kim was very curt with me and asked questions that should have been asked of the Dr. who sent me for the X-ray. She could nicer.

She gave my 18 month daughter Flumist. It's not approved for use on children under 2 years old. When I asked the difference, she just told me Flumist is not injectable.

Park & Tilford Medical Clinic. Front desk staff is great. 2nd time I’ve had misfortune of seeing Dr. Martin. Assessed my teenager’s sore throat over the phone. Took less than a minute. She said my kid had a virus, drink fluids, rest & Advil for pain. Saw another doc later the same day and insisted I bring my kid in. She has strep and needed antibiotics. I truly hope this docs license is taken away. Incompetent woman and a disgrace to our medical system.

This dr doesn’t seem comfortable enough to even make eye contact or even show any lack of concern. I dread having her see her, maybe it’s time to retire mr. Martin...you’re definitely not a people person in any sense of the word.

Absolute terrible doctor mean and nasty no iContact and no heart to care about anybody.Today I. will be filing a report and complaint against her to the BC college and physicians office and will bring her down and hold her accountable for breaking the law by neglect in people and causing pain and suffering in others.
