The doctor does a great job but the staff never seem to follow thru with their paperwork. They fail constantly with not sending referrals, calling in prescriptions, forwarding necessary information to the hospital, and imagining department. Fail to give messages to the doctor and fail big time calling me as a patient back when requested.
